Subscription Agreement
This agreement is concluded when you subscribe to Keyi Timetabling. Checking the box and completing payment means you agree to it on behalf of your school; it has the same effect as a signed paper contract.

1. Scope and size
- Subscriptions are priced by the school's enrolment band and cover member features for the subscription period; features are as actually provided in the product.
- No extra charge for complexity, rules or staff numbers; if enrolment exceeds the band, subscribe at the band that matches.
2. Price and payment
- The price and term shown at checkout apply; payment is online via Alipay and the subscription starts automatically.
- For bank transfer or invoices, contact us via in-app Feedback or the contact details on our website.
3. Validity and renewal
- The subscription runs for the term purchased; renewals extend the existing period. No automatic charges when it expires.
- After expiry the school returns to the free plan; entered data is kept and exportable.
4. Refunds
- A full refund is available within 7 days if member features have not been used; otherwise we agree a pro-rata arrangement.
- Member features are withdrawn after a refund; school data is kept and exportable.
5. Your responsibilities
